We are seeking a
Product Designer - Discovery in Bellevue, WA or Boston, MA offices to join our Shopping Experience UX team.

Our team owns the
Home, Navigation, and Search of product exploration experiences for customers; ensuring pet parents find what they need for their pets.

Our team focuses on the early stages of the shopping funnel, personalized shopping recommendations, and intuitive browsing experiences.


What You'll Do:


  • Transform customer and business objectives into compelling features.
  • Develop multiple solutions for a specific challenge that can be delivered across a range of products, platforms, and devices with a bias for action and crisp prioritization.
  • Manage your work from endtoend discovery and concept ideation, flows and wireframes, and fullfidelity prototype designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, content strategists, user researchers, and other designers.
  • Champion cohesion and consistency to unite a growing family of products.
  • Clearly present your design process, inspiration, and decisions to stakeholders.
  • Nurture Chewy's culture and principles within your team and the design practice.

Basic Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role.
  • A track record of delivering designs for highquality digital products that demonstrate the depth of your design skills; illustrated in a portfolio or case studies.
  • Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent certification) in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience within the design field.
  • Position may require travel and will require time in the local office.

  • Figma expertise
  • Experience working with frontend engineers
