Job Overview:
We seek a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role offers significant growth potential to evolve into a field sales position within our company driving sales initiatives.

As an Inside Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, assisting with sales activities, and developing the necessary skills to transition into a field sales role.


_ Customer Service and

Order Entry:
_


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors, fostering trust and rapport.
  • Manage customer accounts, including processing orders, resolving issues, and handling returns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain virtual inventories, accurately tracked available balances, and adjusted as orders are placed.
  • Ensure data accuracy in orders, invoices, and customer information within the company's ERP and CRM systems.
  • Promptly and effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and accountrelated issues, responding promptly and delivering efficient solutions.

_ Sales Support and Coordination:
_


  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to educate customers effectively.
  • Offer helpful solutions throughout the buying process to ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Collaborate with different departments to facilitate smooth handling of sales, marketing, finance, and deliveries.
  • Maintained organized filing systems to manage sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information.
  • Assist Regional Vice Presidents in customer and distributor interactions, report preparation, sales presentations, and other salesrelated materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify and vet potential leads and opportunities within designated regions.
  • Coordinate leads and opportunities with the appropriate teams for further action.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns to contribute to lead generation efforts.
  • Accompany Regional Vice Presidents at client meetings and industry events, taking notes and providing support as needed.

_ Qualifications:
_


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers and distributors.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and eager to learn and grow within a salesoriented role.
  • Detailoriented with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a changing work environment, adjusting priorities to meet customer and business demands.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the wound care industry and products is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp sales concepts and strategies.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and support regional sales activities.
