Railroad Laborer / Hostler Driver

Driving/Operating a Hostler vehicle within the railyard to unload and transport intermodal containers off the track.
Moving intermodal containers from the railcars to trailers via Top Loaders, Side Loaders, Cranes, etc.
Climbing up & down rail car ladders to lock & unlock intermodal containers
Comply with all safety, attendance, operations & training guidelines.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Physically & mentally able to climb railcars, 20 feet
Open availability required (All shifts, Weekends, and Holidays)
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

This position requires you to have a valid driver's license. This means no suspensions, no restrictions, no limitations, and no expired license. Do you currently have a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE?
This position will require you be able to lift 50lbs, bending, lifting and climbing. Are you willing and able to do this?
This role is working at the Railroad and as such is open 24 hours a day. 7 days a week, including holidays. You will be working shifts 5 days a week with overtime. Your work schedule will include weekends and holidays. Are you willing and able to work this schedule?
If offered this position, you will have to take and pass a 10 panel drug screen. The Federal Railroad Administration sets and enforces safety regulations and standards for railroad operations. Use of cannabis is strictly prohibited. Are you willing to take and able to pass this drug screening?

License/Certification:
