For TUI Germany GmbH, we are looking for two HR Systems & People Analytics Specialists (m/f/d) in full-time. One position is to be filled permanently, the other is limited to two years.

The place of work is Hannover, but the positions can also be carried out to a large extent remotely.


ABOUT THE POSITION
Conducting and further developing regular strategic and operational HR reporting
Participation in the design of organizational, job evaluation, and compensation structures
Processing tasks from all HR controlling areas, such as structural and cost issues, planning processes, forecasting and simulation calculations, as well as providing input for financial statements
Conducting and coordinating job approval and structural change processes, including involvement of co-determination bodies and implementation in HR systems
Providing information and advice to managers, as well as collaboration and exchange with other HR teams
Cross-team support for reward and compensation topics
Participation in local and international projects


ABOUT YOU
Completed studies with a focus on economics/business administration or comparable education/additional qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, finance, or HR desirable
Excellent MS Office Excel skills
Knowledge of SAP
