    As a Technical Document/Records Specialist, you'll oversee vital internal records, from blueprints to project files. Collaboration is crucial as you coordinate with departments to maintain accuracy and efficiency. You'll handle client inquiries and manage large volumes of data, playing a central role in our operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional service support to clients and internal personnel, ensuring swift responses and resolutions.
    • Refine drafts, meticulously proofread, edit, and format documents to perfection.
    • Translate technical records needs into actionable documents, showcasing your deep understanding.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports and effortlessly manage large volumes of data entry.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years in records and document maintenance.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
    • Ability to interpret instructions and present information effectively to various audiences.
    • A laser focus on accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
