We are looking for you for the 3-year training program as a Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice (w/m/d) for DB Fernverkehr AG at our location in Hamburg.

The vocational school is also located in Hamburg.

What to expect in your training:

  • You will accompany international train traffic to France and work in sales and service
  • Knowledge of travel offers as well as service and security services
  • Information and advice for our customers on longdistance trains
  • Handling of modern communication and sales systems
  • You will acquire important basics of customer consultation and support, marketing, and project management

Your profile:

  • You have (soon) successfully completed school
  • Good knowledge of foreign languages, especially French and English
  • Customer and service orientation are important to you
  • You remain calm and keep an overview even in difficult situations
  • You are responsible, reliable, flexible, and mobile
