- SETA-Like Duties for I Plan Support
- Become technically fluent in I-Plan development
- Attend weekly virtual or in-person I-Plan meetings with TETRA and T&E teams
- Generate minutes of the meeting
- Document action items/gaps
- Keep TETRA and DOT&E development team on track to address action items
- Participate in weekly virtual meetings between I-Plan development team and TETRA
- Maintain and update I-plan road map
- Assist in maintaining I-plan road maps to include unfunded requirements
- Participate in in-person I-Plan User's meetings
- Participate in the virtual I-Plan Leadership meetings
- Coordinate w/ TETRAA and Pillar leads and analysts on I-plan developments
- Attend and participate in any I-Plan development meeting with I-plan analysts
- Document any issues and provide feedback to TETRA leadership team
- Attend annual in-person I-plan meetings
- Attend quarterly in-person I-Plan IPRs
- Conduct oversight of I-plan contracts
- Ensure spend rates are on target
- Ensure deliverables are satisfied and on schedule
- Bachelor's Degree in Operational Research, Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science
- 10+yrs experience that involved performing highly complex analysis of operational activities for decision making and planning.
