Mills is looking for a software development and implementation expert with experience in HTML, Java, and configuration in the field of computer science.
This full-time position is based in Hamburg and is part of the Market and Customer Analytics team, with a fixed-term contract of two years.

To support this, we are seeking a cross-functional team member to assist with the implementation and further development of the Qualtrics XM survey software.

You will also be responsible for building technical frameworks for surveys, developing and implementing survey standards on the Qualtrics platform, and designing and conducting customer satisfaction and brand perception surveys and analyses.
Additionally, you will configure the Qualtrics platform according to stakeholder needs.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science, relevant experience with Qualtrics XM, Java, and HTML, and experience with developing and designing customer surveys for web and app platforms.
