    Job Title:
    Business Analyst



    Job Duration:12 Months


    Project Details:

    Legacy CIT integration work in motion that will take them through the balance of this year, lots of projects that will collide at some point and have overlap.

    Must Have Skills:


    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a BA (candidate should understand what a business document looks like)
    • Understanding the SDLC process
    • Experience with fraud and compliance space within banking
    • Should be able to ask tough questions and push back
    • Need to interact with introverted and extroverted thinkers, can speak to certain subjects and approach these kinds of thinkers.

    Nice to Have Skills:
    Project management experience, testing experience, knowledge of client onboarding.

    Additional Details:
    Candidate should be prepared to work across multiple projects. Candidate will be sitting within a first line function and dealing with people that aren't technical in nature.

    Day to day responsibilities:

    Identifies sources of requirements, possible interfaces, and affected business stakeholders based on high-level process description, user stories or scenarios.

    Facilitates information gathering sessions, including leading discussions, managing group dynamics, and maintaining group focus, to work towards accomplishing the stated goal(s) of the session within the context of the project objectives.

    From these information sessions, gathers the requirements and documents these requirements for use within the project life cycle. Works with project stakeholders to validate their requirements and analysis models via techniques such as reviews and walkthroughs. Ensures system specifications meet the business stakeholders' expectations/requirements and negotiate solutions when appropriate.
