Position Overview:


Are you a friendly, detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping others? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blossom & Ivory in New York City.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Provide knowledgeable and personalized assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect products to meet their needs.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, striving to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the store is visually appealing at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and support store operations.
  • Stay informed about our products and promotions, providing customers with uptodate information.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling transactions.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business.
