Description
Supervises the processing activities of one or more areas of responsibility by planning, assigning and supervising the work of others, establishing goals, developing schedules, priorities and standards for achieving goals, and coordinating and evaluating processing activities.
Supervises, delegates and provide guidance to staff in one or more areas of responsibility related to performing highly complex tasks related to receiving, filing and processing documents, fees and fines, maintaining records, files and reports, and providing excellent customer service to ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies and procedures.
Ensures effective delivery of services by training staff, coordinating, delegating and monitoring the workflow to ensure accuracy, compliance and timeliness, providing feedback and collecting data for performance measures.
Acts as technical expert, researching and resolving problems and highly complex issues related to the program function, and responds to inquiries from staff, Judges, attorneys, other County departments and the general public, referring frequently to applicable laws, regulations and policies.
Researches and stays abreast of changes in applicable laws, participates in developing and implementing goals, objectives and standard operating policies and procedures, and monitors compliance.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration or in a job related field of study.
night shift - hours TBD by District Clerk, days worked: Monday - Friday; being flexible to work extra days/hours is a requirement
