    Position: Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant

    Overview:
    As a key part of our team in the Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Case Managers to develop our client's cases and ensure they receive the best possible settlement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Open and manage claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and MediCAL/CARE.
    • Request necessary documents such as police reports and medical records.
    • Coordinate doctor appointments and arrange transportation for clients.
    • Verify financial details with healthcare providers.
    • Prepare case files for review by demand writers.
    • Contribute to a positive team environment in our Los Angeles office.

    Requirements:

    • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
    • Detail-oriented with a positive demeanor.
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
    • Keen attention to detail and a focus on exceptional customer service.
    • Experience handling a high volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
    • Prior experience with Litify or Salesforce is advantageous.
    • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
