The key responsibilities for a Commercial Construction Project Engineer are:
Stays current with top industry software and technology packages: maintains current technology and makes recommendations for future technology acquisitions.
Maintains estimating databases and templates (estimating templates, scope of work templates, etc.).Maintain and distribute project documentation
Field operations and safety
The successful candidate for a Commercial Construction Project Engineer has:
~Ability to manage historical data for use in preparing future estimates
~ Commercial and/or Retail project experience, preferred
~ Ability to Develop strong relationships with key subcontractors.
~ Driven by the desire to assemble the most cost effective solution to a customer's needs within given quality and scheduling objectives.
~ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture, required
