Job Summary
Job Duties
- Receive orders from customers and communicate confirmation and requirements to customers and dispatch in order to ensure proper logistics capacity and transportation of volume
- Provide support to customers and effectively communicate customer's feedback to business units in order to promote customer service satisfaction
- Responsible for executing the customer's request for transportation via the most time efficient and costeffective manner while providing the highest level of service.
- Identify delays or service issues and communicate them with customers
- Follows safety protocol and be in compliance with regulations for driver's safety standards and DOT hours of service issued by the FMCSA.
- Build strong customer relationships, loyalty and retention through exceptional service, awareness and understanding of our active product portfolio.
- Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed bookings
- Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively
- Understand our brand, policies and procedures
- Other assigned duties as required
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 35 years' experience in a customer service environment within the Logistics/Hot Shot Industry, required
- 35 years' logistics experience, strongly preferred
- Team player with proven ability to work well under pressure handling multiple tasks concurrently
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, required
- Strong understanding of math concepts required (i.e. weights/dimensions/capacity)
- Experience using Xcelerator, a plus
