Job Summary


The role of the Resident Experience Concierge is to support the project team in the successful delivery of asset to market and day-to-day relationship with each owner of our condominium residences beginning with the pre-closing review of the unit extending through the closing, move-in, and warranty period.

Please Note this is role has a Duration of 6 months
- ending October 4th, 2024.

Essential Job Functions,


Responsibilities:


  • The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and skills required of personnel so classified_.
  • Administration and closeout of owner's punchlist of units and common area.
  • Administration and closeout of buyer's unit punchlist.
  • Purchaser Alteration Management.
  • Coordinate contact points with resident.
  • Schedule, attend and document preclosing review of residence.
  • Schedule closing.
  • Ensure movein is appropriately curated by property manager (or as relevant the manager of the homeowners' association).
  • Respond to warranty service requests.
  • Once formed, HOA will be the first point of contact and be responsible to assess if an issue is maintenance or a warranty.
  • The resident concierge will review the issue with the senior development project manager or development project manager to confirm the warranty claim.
  • The resident concierge will then be responsible to follow up with the resident to explain how and when the issue will be resolved.
  • Facilitate onsite corporate and marketing events.
  • Support senior project team members in property manager and vendor management.
  • Manage property inventory and back of house and staged furniture.
  • Support project team in substantial completion, administrative of closeout and final certificate of occupancy.
  • Manage administration of contracts.
  • Maintain a detailed log of each resident contact documenting verbal discussions as well as requests for warranty work following through to all work completed including before and after photos.
  • Duration based role projected to end October 4, 2024.
Key Tasks and Activities

  • Define a clear path to effectively resolve all issues and concerns raised by the resident to their satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellence in Customer Focus, Decision Making, Problem Solving.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to provide customer experience feedback.
  • Experience in a resident facing role & knowledge issues related to resident satisfaction. Attendance at all key resident events.
General Background and Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel both internal and external including sensitivity to others.
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to multitask, work to deadlines, prioritise tasks and work to optimum efficiency.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and use own initiative.
  • Able to creatively solve problems.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and mature approach when dealing with internal contacts and external clients/stakeholders.
  • Enjoys a busy and demanding environment, can remain calm under pressure and promote a calm environment.

Base Salary Range:
$102,000- $130,000

  • The above salary range represents Lendlease's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is one part of the total rewards Lendlease provides to employees._
