- Provide oversight and management of contractor personnel supporting FST exercises/events to ensure all tasks and assignments are accurately completed.
- Assist government lead with synthetic training planning and execution to ensure training objectives are accomplished.
- Lead, advise, and provide subject matter expertise on naval synthetic modeling and simulations (JSAF, MTWS, etc.).
- Provide lead expertise and support on C5I systems (GCCS-M/J, MDS, air defense systems integrator (ADSI), theater battle management core system (TBMCS), and joint automated deep operations coordination system (JADOCS), etc).
- Oversee planning and support live (COMPTUEX, TFEX, LSE, CTF-65/50 CERTEX, Surface Warfare Advanced Team Training [SWATT], Fleet Battle Experiments, Group Sail,) and synthetic exercises including, but not limited to, FST-J, FST-GC, FST-T (ASW), SLAMEX/TLAMEX, Tactical Flag Communications Center (TFCC) trainers, , Navy USW Training Assessment Course (NUWTAC) and Naval Integrated Fire Control - Counter Air (NIFC-CA).
- Ensure proper coordination, where appropriate, between commands (TTGL/TTGP, EWTGL/ Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific (EWTGP), NSWC-Corona, etc.) to facilitate synthetic training.
- Oversee the development of synthetic scenarios in accordance with current naval, joint, and coalition doctrine, TTPs and forward deployed Fleet requirements.
- Ensure proper development and testing of synthetic scenarios.
- Assist government representatives in debrief of FST exercises in accordance with appropriate MOE using USFF established NMETLs.
- Provide recommendations for and development of synthetic augmentation (entities, scenario elements, simulator operators, etc.) to live training exercises.
- Provide government lead with appropriate lessons learned from synthetic training exercises and ensure relevant changes are incorporated in future exercises.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years relevant experience (10 years if no Bachelor's degree)
- Top Secret / Sensitive Compartment Information level eligible
- Five (5) years' experience at the senior trainer/evaluator level on a Strike Group or Navy Fleet Command staff or equivalent DoD staff involving mission planning and execution
