Position Overview RMGS, Inc.

is currently recruiting a Program Analyst in Virginia Beach, VA; Washington, DC; Indian Head, MD, in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), McAlester Detachment.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyzes project requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
• Performs project management, technical or business case analyses.
• Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Project and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets technical data and financial information relating to projects.
• Tracks project status and schedules.
• Applies policies and procedures for financial planning

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Management or a related technical discipline.
• At least four (4) years of recent and relevant technical experience in project management, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the four (4) years there must be two (2) years of recent and relevant technical experience in technical efforts supporting systems and components development.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Defense policy and documentation related to PPBS and life-cycle management of acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series).
• Experience in processing project acquisition, funding and contract documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in the project status, earned value management and schedules.
• Secret security clearance or the ability to qualify for such clearance upon employment.
