Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise marine construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in marine construction.
- Strong knowledge of marine construction techniques and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
