Collaborates with other associates to build a strong Front End team; communicating with the members of the team; and being flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.

Be an Owner: Ensures commitment to operational excellence, maintaining work area according to company policies and procedures; assisting Customers with purchasing decisions; and ensuring merchandise is properly labeled, stored, Identified, and rung up in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Be a Talent Ambassador: Being an advocate for the department and the club by valuing the Customers experience at check out and modeling high quality service and products; executing the basics at highest possible level of quality; and exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion for the work.

  • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Standing on your feet and occasional lifting.

Responsibilities:


  • Prioritizing department activities while managing interruptions and attending to details to complete tasks within deadlines is a must.
  • Making sure cashiers are ringing up customers CORRECTLY and quickly.
  • Crosstraining to help other departments, such as stocking, required.
  • Ordering supplies, equipment, to ensure that all customers have a fast & smooth experience.

Job Type:
Part Time (about 30 hours per week)

From $16.00 per hour
