Ideal Standard, a leading manufacturer of bathroom products in Europe and MENA, is seeking a Strategic Buyer to join our European Sourcing Team in Caldwell, TX.

As a Strategic Buyer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing suppliers, and driving value creation while minimizing costs.

This position requires building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers to achieve goals and establish best practices.

We are looking for candidates with:

At least 3 years of experience as a Strategic or Technical Buyer in Direct Spend Procurement teams
Experience in a technical product organization and multicountry manufacturing business
A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or International Procurement
Fluency in English, with knowledge of other languages as a plus
Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, processes, and tools
Experience working with crossfunctional teams
