- Lead and transform the manufacturing operations into a world-class, high-performing facility.
- Ensures a strong and effective culture within the plant in the areas of safety, quality, and manufacturing excellence.
- Leads leaders in Operations, Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain within the manufacturing plant.
- Overseas Environmental Health and Safety programs to ensure compliance to regulatory bodies and creating a safe work environment for our employees.
- Develops and manages plant's operational financial budget meeting manufacturing cost and inventory expectations.
- Develops strategic plans incorporating break though objectives to drive continuous sustainable improvements.
- Develops and champions a highly engaged and accountable workforce.
- Exceeding internal and external customer expectations for high quality and on time delivery in a high-volume project management-based industry.
- Responsible for developing and overseeing capital equipment investments needed for process and facility improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of operations management experience
- Experience of leading and championing Lean/Six Sigma projects
- Working experience in ERP systems, preferably Oracle
- 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing process improvements
- Lean and/or Six Sigma certification(s)
- Prior experience leading and/or operating in management systems ISO14001, ISO9001, AS9100

The Plant Director role at Donaldson's Baldwin, WI plant will have an opportunity to lead and transform one of Donaldson's Industrial Solutions manufacturing locations. This position is ideal for someone driven to create and sustain a safety culture, develop talent and teams, lead operational excellence transformation, and develop and deploy strategic plans.
