Description

Corporate America Family Credit Union, a full service, nationwide credit union with over $800 million in assets is seeking a Member Solutions Technician for our Elgin, IL location.

No weekends, plus 11 paid holidays Our Technicians work Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with the potential to work from home.

Responsibilities:

Handle departmental mail and document scanning
Process and review Levies and Garnishments.
Prepare delinquent accounts for charge off as well as completing charge off process.
Generate, create, and distribute reports.
Maintain and balance department logs.
Follow up on Payment Protection Claims.
Process and post payments received for department.
Assist with processing Credit Bureau disputes.
Assist department Manager with tasks and projects as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent and minimum oneyear secretarial/customer service experience.
Must possess excellent judgment, communication, computer skills, be detail oriented and able to multitask.
High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
