Your Responsibilities:


  • Operational and strategic overall responsibility for the areas of controlling and accounting, as well as professional and disciplinary leadership of employees
  • Conducting annual planning, forecasts, cost center planning, as well as internal budgeting processes and liquidity planning in line with the group and company strategy
  • Timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as monthly reporting
  • Responsibility for the entire controlling process in coordination with management and departments
  • Monitoring project forecasts and deadlines
  • Preparation of variance analyses by processing actual data and comparing it with planned data and targets
  • Control and implementation of processes for cost and result optimization
  • Contract management of all customer contracts in order to minimize risks

Your Profile:


  • Successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance/accounting/controlling
  • Professional experience in the mentioned areas
  • Strong understanding of business issues and connections
  • Solid knowledge of financial statement preparation
  • Advanced knowledge of controlling
  • Independent, structured, dynamic, and teamoriented work style, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power-Point) and experience with common ERP systems
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
