- Accountable for the uptime and availability of the WES systems deployed across the various 1800Flowers fulfillment centers.
- Works with various IT infrastructure teams ensuring WES servers are adequately monitored, backed up, and up to date with critical security patches.
- Collaborate with WES Support Vendor to develop, test, and deploy new WES features and functionality.
- Actively monitors and responds to incident tickets reported by End Users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance or availability issues with the WES environment.
- Collaborates with Business Partners to help define and document functional requirements for future WES enhancements.
- Create and publish WES multi-year feature and functionality roadmap.
- Ensure all changes to the WES production environment are properly documented and approved using the 1800 Flowers Change Management process.
- Able to provide on-call and on-site support during peak shipping periods or Go-Lives as needed.
- Willingness to travel to the warehouse facilities to work closely with business partners on complex projects or initiatives.
- Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation for P1 or business-impacting issues.
- Participate in the annual budgeting cycle to help plan and secure funding for future WES-related implementations, upgrades, or projects.
- 2+ years of experience supporting and managing a Warehouse Execution System (WES). Manhattan, Pyramid, or Horizon experience is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of Warehouse fulfillment functions and processes.
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience supporting a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Experience interacting and collaborating with Business Partners and End Users.
- Vendor Management experience.
- Experience working with JIRA and Remedy ticketing systems (or equivalent applications).
