- What you bring
- Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. in the financial services sector
- Several years of experience in telephone and written customer consultation preferred
- An open ear for our customers' concerns and a solutionoriented approach
- Strong service orientation
- Ambition and teamwork
- Competent customer service for new and existing customers by phone and email
- Processing of service inquiries
- Coordination with banks, especially for inquiries from partner banks
- Support of our existing customers
- Assistance to our product management team in continuously optimizing all processes and procedures

Modern working: Full-time employees work three days a week together in our office - the other two days flexibly from the office or from home ("home office"). You can also work flexibly from Germany or abroad for one week per year.
