We are currently seeking a
professional in disability support (m/f/d) to join our special living community Quellenhof in Jüterbog, Bithlo, FL.

At our organization, we provide support to individuals in the counties of Teltow-Fläming and Dahme-Spreewald. Join us and experience a culture of appreciation at one of the world's largest humanitarian organizations

We offer:

Starting salary of 2,931.64 € 3,693.21 € gross per month according to the DRK collective agreement for the state of Brandenburg (equivalent to pay group SuE 5 for 40 hours per week)
Additional pension plan of 5.5% and company health insurance (after 6 months of employment)
Permanent employment contract
Flexible working hours of 3240 hours per week, in a 3shift system
Additional pay for work on Sundays, holidays, and night shifts, as well as shift holidays
Annual bonus according to the DRK collective agreement for the state of Brandenburg
