Description

We are seeking a dynamic Programmer/Analyst to join our team of analysts at one of North Americas leading stainless steel manufacturers.

This role is pivotal in defining, developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining new software applications that support our business objectives.

The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including writing, coding, testing, and analyzing both in-house and purchased/cloud applications.

They will also be responsible for researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the product life cycle.

A basic understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is required, along with familiarity with technologies such as SQL, HTML/Javascript, and IBM systems.

As our plant is continually advancing its technology usage, we need a candidate who is flexible and adaptable in learning and understanding new technologies.

Comfortable with Mobility around plant must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Basic understanding of EDI and other technologies commonly used at NAS (Web design / HTML / javascript/SQL)
Associate's degree or equivalent from technical school/job experience
