Job Description:

  • Recruiting new employees for our Aviation department
  • Supporting candidates throughout the application process
  • Developing creative recruiting ideas
  • Conducting phone interviews, online interviews, and job interviews
  • Participating in job fairs and events

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or work experience in the security industry
  • Mandatory work experience in recruiting or HR environment
  • Mandatory regional travel readiness for meetings and events
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Team player and enthusiasm for teamwork
