- Support rebates settlement team based on business needs
- Assist rebate analysts in preparing and sending final customer facing documentation
- Process payment requests through Global Business Service weekly
- Utilize contracting management system tools for accurate rebate payments
- Communicate final rebate performance with the sales organization
- Post customer rebate payments in SAP
- Handle rebate payment and ad-hoc information requests from Sales organization and customers
- Maintain status of rebate market share forms sent and received
- 4-year degree in a business or analytical field
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills

Job Description
Location: HYBRID / Onsite in Arden Hills 1-2 days a week. The role requires physical mailings of checks.
Job Purpose: The position is part of the Commercial Services Rebates and Fees Team, responsible for managing financial and reporting transactions to facilitate customer rebate processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality System Requirements: Demonstrates commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with Quality Policy and processes.
Job Scope and Leveling Guidelines:
Knowledge: Specialized function knowledge, understanding of business concepts and procedures, working knowledge of related disciplines.
Cognitive Skills: Works independently, analyzes information, determines trends.
Job Skills: Coordinates production and distribution of materials, compiles data, documents procedures, adheres to timetables.
Supervision Received: Functions independently, may determine methods, procedures, and guide other support personnel.
Consequence of Errors: Errors can be challenging to detect and require significant resolutions.
Contacts: Serves as a point of contact for internal customers, maintains networks across BSC.
