Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Location:
Newport Beach, CA 92660

Duration: 0-3+ Months (Temporary Contract)

Hours: 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Pay Range:
$22.00-$23.00/Hour on W2
This person will provide facilities management support, infrastructure support, and inventory management support.

Work independently at times with various business units to maintain an acceptable work environment that meets occupants' expectations and operational requirements.

There will be extensive lifting, standing, or walking. If lifting over 50 lbs., assistance will be available from another team member.

Must have the following background to be successful in this role: someone with a professional background and calm demeanor. This location is a very business professional and, at time, fast paced environment.

The dress code for this location is Business Professional.

In terms of parking, the employee will either have a transponder for parking structure or be validated daily.
