    Description

    Gpac, a 30+ year recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the Civil Engineering industry. Our client, a fast-growing family company, is seeking a highly skilled Professional Engineer to join their team as a Project Manager over their water resource team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are passionate about civil engineering and looking to grow their careers with a reputable organization.

    Position Responsibilities:

    Design and develop water resource engineering projects

    Develop and review project proposals to meet client needs

    Manage team by prioritizing workloads ensuring meeting and exceeding project deliverables

    Implement stormwater management strategies and solutions

    Coordinate labor and equipment resources

    Provide technical guidance and support by training and mentoring team

    Position Essential Job Functions:

    Utilize working knowledge of design standards to create innovative engineering solutions

    Apply expertise in AASHTO, MUTCD, WEG, APWA, and AWWA to ensure compliance and quality

    Utilize ArcGIS, InfoSWMM, and CAD software for data analysis and project design

    Conduct field surveys and inspections to gather data for engineering projects

    Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project updates

    Position Skills:

    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

    Proficiency in using design software and tools including AASHTO, MUTCD, WEG, APWA, and AWWA

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
