Quality Assurance Project Assistant
At Princeton Medical Group, P.A. our mission has always been to deliver excellent medical care with compassion. We are a private medical practice with over 35 providers and 9 medical specialties. We are searching for dedicated and motivated employees to join our dynamic and growing team

We are currently looking to hire a full time Quality Assurance Project Assistant to work in our Quality Assurance Department


Quality Assurance Project Assistant Responsibilities:


  • Support all ongoing quality assurance programs such as commercial contracts and payment programs
  • Gather, input and analyze clinical data from PMG's EMR system and data from outside vendors
  • Complete audits of patient charts in the EMR system
  • Generate recall letters to patients
  • Ensure accuracy of data entry for written work
  • Internal communication within PMG for partner meetings
  • Additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Quality Assurance Project Assistant Requirements:


  • High school diploma (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Medical office experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills
  • Experience with NextGen EMR (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Schedule:


  • Overtime as required
