Join our dynamic construction team We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to help lead our growing portfolio of projects in the greater Austin area.

With ongoing projects and an impressive backlog of future projects valued between $50-300 million, this is an exceptional opportunity for professional growth.

Role and Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Safety:_
Uphold and enhance safety standards across all project stages
Oversee project planning, construction techniques, and the development of the Site Utilization Plan
Manage the creation and updates of the Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule and related narratives
Coordinate equipment and manpower requirements with the Project Manager
Ensure timely and accurate payments and progress tracking with subcontractors and vendors
Proactively manage costs and scheduling to maintain project budget and timeline
Oversee the Quality Control Program and ensure compliance with all reporting requirements
Maintain a wellorganized and safe jobsite environment
Talent Development & Management:_
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve excellence and align with company values
Support team development and career progression
Facilitate effective onboarding and training for new team members
Conduct performance evaluations and development discussions

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on largescale commercial projects exceeding $25 million, including schools, hospitals, warehouses, offices, and airports, from ground up to finish.
Proficient understanding of operations within a large company.
A specific interest and focus on building K12 schools in the Austin area.
