    Description

    Join our team as a Project Controls Specialist at our innovative company!

    Play a significant role in supporting clients with the implementation and enhancement of their Project Management Information Systems.

    Collaborate closely with diverse teams and clients as the technology lead during the implementation procedure.

    Work together with clients to grasp their project management needs, especially in Project Controls.

    • Design and set up PMIS solutions to align with client requirements, covering data integration, reporting, and analytics.
    • Provide recommendations and top practices on project controls processes, including cost management, scheduling, risk management, and change control.
    • Perform system assessments and gap analyses to pinpoint areas for enhancement and optimization.
    • Lead workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing to guarantee successful system adoption.
    • Create top-notch documentation, user guides, and training materials.
    • Assist project teams during system go-live and post-implementation phases, handling any issues effectively.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in Project Controls methodologies.

    Requirement:

    Expertise in Project Controls is vital to ensure clients' projects are well-monitored, controlled, and executed within defined parameters.

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. A Master's degree is advantageous.
    • Valuable certifications like PMP, Unifier Implementation Specialist, or similar are highly preferred.
    • At least 7 years of practical experience in implementing PMIS solutions, particularly in consulting or professional services contexts.
    • Thorough comprehension of Project Controls principles, processes, and best practices.
    • Skilled in operating with leading PMIS platforms, such as Primavera Unifier, Kahua, eBuilder.
    • Strong technical aptitude to customize PMIS solutions to match client needs.
    • Demonstrated background in project management methodologies and practices.
    • Proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines efficiently.
    • Readiness to travel occasionally for client gatherings and project commitments.
