    Education:
    Maritime Academy graduate with Bachelor's Degree in marine or safety field or acceptable technical and educational experience

    Experience:
    Education/background in maritime industry required, with practical experience in safety management activities preferred.

    Skills/Software:
    A demonstrated ability to conduct incident reviews and accident investigations in accordance with Company procedures.
    Working knowledge of applicable Code of Federal Regulations, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, ISPS Code, MTSA, OPA '90 and other associated regulatory compliance requirements
    Good documentation, writing and verbal communication skills.
    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

    Preferred Qualifications:


    Knowledge (HSSQE) - Working knowledge of Auditing, Behavioral Safety Systems, Risk Analysis, Emergency Response, Incident Command, Incident Investigation, Injury Case Management, Safe Working Practices, International Maritime Regulations, Flag state, Port State and classification society regulations.

    Marine incident investigation and root cause analysis training, with practical experience in performing incident investigations.
    Familiarity with OCIMF / SIRE requirements and terminology
    Familiarity with the ISM code

    Ability to board vessels at anchor (climb a Jacob's ladder from a water taxi).

    Ability to safely enter and inspect confined spaces.

    Willingness to remain accessible for communication and consultation on an around the clock basis and work unusual hours, including nights and weekends as required.


    Duties and Responsibilities:


    The HSSQE Coordinator assists with compliance oversight of health, safety, security, quality, and environmental matters working in coordination with HSSQE staff and other Seabulk Departments.

    Promote health and safety awareness and improve operating practices throughout the fleet.


    • Report to the Manager, HSSQE Tankers
    • Maintains feedback & distribution of nonconformity reports, preparing and distributing Safety Alerts, fleet Near Miss summaries, safety performance reports & management reviews.
    • Provide and implement recommendations for the development of organizational programs and campaigns by ensuring the potential and actual occupational health and safety hazards, environmental impacts, and operational risks are considered.
    • Ensures that the safety statistics (Lost Time injuries, Near Miss reports, etc.) are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Oversees the Company's Behavior-Based Safety program.
    • Drafts and publishes safety alerts, learning from incidents, quarterly safety topics, and other newsletters to shore-side and shipboard personnel.
    • When directed, assist with performing incident investigations and developing the subsequent root cause analysis with corrective and preventive actions.
    • Assist with the implementation of Mariner training programs outlined in the SEQMS
    Vice President – Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA&A)

    Key Responsibilities:
    Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with other members of the commercial and
    trading teams, the Vice President – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will be based in Fort
    Lauderdale, Florida and will be an important role in our Finance team.
    The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance professional, preferably within aircraft leasing or
    maritime sector, with a proven track record of driving financial planning processes, providing actionable
    insights to senior management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    Financial Planning:
    Annual budgeting, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable
    budgets/forecasts.
    Provide regular financial analysis and reporting to senior management (including KPI & trends).
    Variance analyses to review actual performance against budget and forecasts & identifying
    areas of improvement.
    Develop financial models to support long term strategic planning.
    Maintain and support of corporate planning/forecasting calendar, clearly communicating
    deadlines and deliverables to key stakeholders.
    Partner across the Finance, Accounting, Corporate, Marketing and Technical departments to
    identify and implement process efficiencies and enhanced modeling and reporting capabilities.
    Maintain and support financial systems infrastructure including working with Corporate Systems
    & Information Technology to create new Budget & Forecast scenarios, update P&L hierarchies,
    and supporting operational finance team needs for management reporting.
    Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and support business needs.

    Strategic Decision Support:
    Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management, providing actionable financial insights and
    recommendations to support critical decision-making processes.
    Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, cost optimization
    initiatives, and other strategic projects to drive business growth and profitability.

    Leadership:
    Oversee a growing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development
    opportunities.
    Collaborate closely with business partners to understand their financial needs and objectives,
    offering tailored financial guidance and support to facilitate informed decision-making.

    Continuous Improvement:
    Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives within the FP&A function to
    enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
    Play a key role in managing cash flow and optimizing working capital to support operational
    needs and strategic investments.
    Partner with the risk management and business development teams to effectively manage
    credit risk and support sustainable business growth.
    Professional Qualifications
    5-7 years of relevant experience

    Ideally you will have sailed as a Chief Engineer on dry bulk vessels and have five years of shoreside technical management experience.

    Support regional leadership in delivering business, analytical and financial insights focused on the overall business and performance, P&A process and analysis standardization and best practices.

    Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities while meeting business and global process requirements.

    Responsibilities include:


    Directly supporting the marketing team in setting and maintaining their budgets, evaluating the ROI of their spending, and establishing and measuring KPI's.

    Analyze business trends emerging by country, merchant category, product type, etc. and evaluate the factors driving their evolution and forward-looking results
    Prepare and executive presentation materials and present performance to LAC stakeholders
    Promote knowledge, standardization, insights integration and sanity check into the planning process at deeper level in coordination with regional and country teams
    Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and provide analysis, reports, and presentations
    Ad-hoc FP&A requests and projects from business lines and the executive team
    Build strong knowledge of company's business through constant communication with partners across Finance and all other functions
    Utilize business understanding to perform complex financial and statistical analysis that lead to business and predictability insights
    Distinguish one-off and sustainable effects and relationships to support revenue drivers forecasting
    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:
    10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

    Preferred Qualifications:
    12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
    Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, accounting, mathematics, economics, or related quantitative field, MBA and/or CFA preferred
    Expert skills in PowerPoint and MS Excel, including advanced application of pivot tables, macros and formulas and ability to quality check the work of others
    Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, ability to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses
    Experience designing financials dashboards to focus managerial attention
    Ability to cultivate effective relationships and communicate effectively cross-functionally and with all levels of management
    Proven expertise in modeling techniques and managing large data sets
    Must be detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output
    Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and produce time sensitive deliverables
