Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations within our business. We are well established company who have been in the manufacturing business for 45 years.
The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of goods, managing the production team, and maintaining quality standards.
This is a full-time position based in our warehouse facility.Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and deadlines
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve production processes and resolve any issues or bottlenecks
- Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production operations
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on productivity, quality, and other key performance indicators
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials for production
- Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to assemble and fabricate products
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, hand tools, and power tools
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong problemsolving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- 3 YR. MILLWORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- CNC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Pay:
From $75,000.00 per year
