What to expect

  • You will independently manage project procurement for projects in the areas of high-rise and industrial construction as well as engineering, taking into account the purchasing strategy
  • You will be responsible for the entire procurement process from tendering to awarding contracts for subcontractors, suppliers, and planners
  • You will build a network of suitable construction partners and maintain it
  • You will contribute to the compliance and shaping of the purchasing strategies
  • You will manage and implement defined purchasing processes

Your foundation

  • You have successfully completed a commercial or technical education or a comparable degree, ideally with a focus on purchasing
  • You have several years of practical experience in purchasing, ideally in the construction industry
  • You have strategic and conceptual thinking and acting skills, as well as a structured and independent way of working
  • You are familiar with construction contract law / VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) / HGB (German Commercial Code) / BGB (German Civil Code)
  • You possess strong negotiation skills, persuasive abilities, and excellent communication skills
  • Your high quality and cost awareness, as well as your entrepreneurial mindset, complete your profile
