Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer or Project Engineer.

3 years' experience developing the scope of mining projects through identifying requirements and reviewing drawings and data sheets; 3 years' experience working with consultants, vendors, and contractors to advance mining maintenance and operations; 3 years' experience operating mining equipment and processes; 3 years' experience working under Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) and environmental regulations.
