_Applicants must be 18 years of age or older_

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient telephone service to our customers.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders.
  • Process new orders through mainframe system.
  • Check orders for accuracy.
  • Learn product line and processes.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years high volume call center experience preferred.
  • Previous order entry/keystroke experience required.
  • Mainframe experience a plus
  • Welldeveloped understanding of customer service satisfaction and soft skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays, particularly July-September.

  • Ability to work well under pressure as well as within a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
