_Applicants must be 18 years of age or older_
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient telephone service to our customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders.
- Process new orders through mainframe system.
- Check orders for accuracy.
- Learn product line and processes.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years high volume call center experience preferred.
- Previous order entry/keystroke experience required.
- Mainframe experience a plus
- Welldeveloped understanding of customer service satisfaction and soft skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays, particularly July-September.
_ Bilingual Spanish/English speaking applicants a plus_
Required Skills:
- Strong initiative & work ethic.
- Ability to work well under pressure as well as within a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Required Education:
- High school or equivalent
