Your tasks:

  • Consulting customers on IT & communication solutions during implementation, use, or expansion of the solution
  • Designing customized solutions for individual customer challenges, as well as presenting solutions from the offer to the order
  • Supporting the sales team in the presales phase and in acquiring new projects
  • Involving external service providers and internal partners

Your profile:

  • Professional experience in the IT & communication field
  • Knowledge in the ITK UCC environment, preferably Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise
  • Basic IT knowledge (network infrastructure, server and storage solutions, security, Microsoft portfolio, etc.)
  • You enjoy working in a team, have good communication skills, a convincing appearance, and a solutionoriented way of working
