- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers focusing on insurance and investing options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and financialservices.
- Demonstrate outstanding client service and support by continuing to assist current clients in achieving their changing financial objectives.
- Ability to work with other team members to foster financial referrals and to help train team members on any/all products and services.
- Drive to make outbound phone calls on potential prospects and existing customers, and ability to conduct quality financial reviews with customers.
- Drive to prospect for financial products with business owners inside and outside our book of business.
- Life and Health license required
- Series 6 or 7, and 65 required
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people achieve their goals and dreams
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
