Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Coordinate projects and manage timelines
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
- Act as a personal assistant to the managers
Requirements:
- Excellent typing and computer skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience with file management and record keeping
- Ability to coordinate projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

Pay:
$ $23.57 per hour
