We are currently seeking a full-time (39 hours/week) Service Dispatcher (m/f/d) to join our team at our Thale location as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • Dispatching and coordinating technical field and office staff (as well as subcontractors) for the IT/telecommunications sector
  • Planning, distribution, and optimization of service requests
  • Coordination and monitoring of service tickets in accordance with SLAs
  • Tracking and ensuring timely service appointments
  • Scheduling customer service appointments
  • Initiating escalation processes and following through to resolution
  • Ensuring material supply for service operations
  • Assisting with maintenance of customer/contract master data
  • Receiving and processing service calls from technicians
  • Controlling service delivery
  • General administrative tasks

Your profile:


  • With your completed education and strong technical and commercial understanding, you are able to oversee the dispatching of our IT/telecommunications team across multiple locations
  • Ideally, you have already demonstrated your skills in
