Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

We are a family-owned medium-sized company that has been on a steady growth path since its founding and enjoys an excellent reputation in its industry. Thanks to our many years of experience and outstanding expertise in filtration, we have been able to count global players from a wide range of industries among our customers for many years.

To strengthen our sales team, we are currently looking for an experienced and sales-oriented commercial employee (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • You proactively and sales-orientedly support our existing and new customers
  • You handle the entire sales process from creating quotes and follow-up calls to order confirmation
  • Through your needs and potential analysis of existing customers, we can develop them further in a targeted manner
  • To ensure that our ERP system always has the right information for you, you maintain accurate master data

Your profile

  • You have a commercial education or a comparable qualification
  • In addition, you can demonstrate at least 3 years of professional experience in inside sales
  • You stand out for your sales-oriented mindset
