Plumbing In Home Salesman. The Comfort Advisor position is based out of our DC office and services the entire Washington DC Metropolitan area.

This role is designed for an experienced individual, passionate about providing customers with energy conservation products and services.


Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated commitment to the sale and delivery of high quality solutions to residential customers
• Demonstrate professional interpersonal relationship skills
• Solid management experience, customer service and leadership skills
• Ability to meet or exceed established financial goals
• Demonstrated strong customer service problem solving skills and decisionmaking
• Demonstrated skills showing initiative, personal responsibility and accountability
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fastpaced environment while meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated speed and accuracy in the completion of tasks
• Maintains a "Can Do" attitude
• A team player who contributes and works with others accomplishing results

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Plumbing Install and Service experience (preferred)
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, climbing a 12" ladder and working in tight spaces (attics)
• Followup on preset qualified leads
• Utilizes applicable sales tools effectively to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunity in accounts
• Strong focus on customer service and a commitment to integrity
• Recommending/Selling high value plumbing products

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
