To be prepared in our 18month trainee program for project responsibility in the field of pharmaceutical manufacturing (e.g. technology transfers, implementation of new products, process and product optimizations)
To ensure GMPcompliant planning, execution, and documentation of projects, as well as budget management
To accompany test and validation batches
To participate in the development and implementation of concepts for cost avoidance and identifying potential savings
To act as the crossfunctional interface between procurement, logistics, quality, approval, and production departments

A successfully completed degree in natural sciences or business and technical studies, with corresponding pharmaceuticaltechnical knowhow
A proactive and solutionoriented work style
Enjoyment in questioning processes and working methods, as well as continuously developing them
