I am a mediator and I mainly handle inheritance, labor, and mortgage matters in Lake City, IA. The agency that used to handle my taxes, payroll, and other tasks has retired. I am looking for a serious company and/or freelancer who offers good quality/price. My main priority is reliability and efficient response to procedures. I currently have an inheritance and I need a price for managing the taxes (capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and potential capital gains). It is a simple inheritance from mother to son with two properties split 50/50. Please give me a price for this and we can test our working relationship.
