You are responsible for the overall supply chain management with the departments of purchasing, material planning, supply chain management, and ERP organization, reporting directly to the board of directors
Leading, coaching, and developing employees - we inspire and motivate our teams and with your hands-on mentality, you contribute to the operational success in daily business
Our goal is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by supervising the supply chain, setting goals, monitoring execution, and evaluating results
Independent management and optimization of supplier and cost structures to manufacture our products as economically as possible
Efficient production planning and material management processes
Interface and contact person for internal departments
Responsibility for medium and long-term planning of forecasts, capacity and material requirements, as well as inventory control
Taking on national and international projects

Successfully completed studies in business administration/engineering or a degree in technical business administration
At least 5 years of experience in strategic purchasing and (inter)national supply chain management, as well as experience in sales & operations
Analytical and conceptual skills, as well as strong negotiation skills
High team and motivation skills, as well as leadership strength and hands-on mentality
