To expand our team, we are currently seeking a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk for our client, an innovative and well-established mid-sized company in the machinery and plant engineering industry with international operations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • In this role, you will handle telephone and written customer correspondence, potentially acquire new customers, and maintain sustainable relationships through respectful and effective communication.
  • You will also create new contracts, monitor and enter them into the IT system.
  • You will assist in creating offers and tenders, and prepare corresponding evaluations and reports, particularly in regards to customer needs.
  • Additionally, you will coordinate appointments between the sales team and customers, and ensure prompt and reliable resolution of any complaints.
  • Your responsibilities will also include receiving and documenting complaints, and initiating immediate actions to address them.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk, and are looking for an exciting opportunity in a collegial environment.
  • You are proficient in common MS Office programs and open to using softwaresupported processes.
  • You are motivated and able to empathize with customer needs.
