- Plan and establish sequence of operations to produce non-woven materials and to promote efficient utilization.
- Evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to formulate corrective action plan.
- Operate computer-assisted engineering or design software or equipment to perform engineering tasks.
- Confer with engineers, customers, or others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects or products.
- Estimate production costs and cost saving methods for management review, action, and control.
- Coordinate and implement quality control objectives or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize costs.
- Oversee project production efforts to assure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations.
- Communicate with management to develop production and design standards.
- Use drafting tools and computer to draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace for optimal efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering i.e Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical
- Applicant must be self-driven and motivated in continuous improvement
- Prior experience in manufacturing environment is a plus
- Prior experience with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC systems is a plus
- Prior experience with industrial DCS is a plus
- Prior experience with Industrial motors and drives is a plus
